At REI Sidekicks, we specialize in generating high-quality leads through our dedicated call center. We are excited to introduce REI Power Partners, a unique opportunity for experienced real estate investors to collaborate with us. We cover all lead generation costs and manage the operation in-house, providing you with vetted and screened motivated sellers. Profits are split 50/50 on wholesale deals, ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership.

• Exclusive Market Partnerships: We work with only one investor per market to avoid conflicts of interest and ensure dedicated support.
  
• Profit Sharing: We cover all lead generation costs and run the operation in-house at no cost to you. Profits are split 50/50 on wholesale deals.
  
• Flexible Profit Sharing: Profit sharing on non-wholesale deals will be established in agreement with both parties and will depend on the type of exit strategy (e.g., Fix and Flip, Long-term Rental, Airbnb, etc.).

• Transaction Coordination: Manage the transaction process, including negotiations, contracts, and closing.
